What happens on a visit?
Your mali follows the care checklist for your garden: soil care, pruning, pest checks, nutrition and the organic inputs included in your plan.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Pause or cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid cycle.
What about missed visits?
Reschedule an upcoming visit before it starts. Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed because access was unavailable, are not refundable or carried forward.
Premium is charged monthly. Smart, Elite and Signature are paid upfront for their billing cycle and renew automatically unless cancelled.Read the full terms.
